If you select our free standard shipping method, tracking is not included. You can, however, count on getting an email confirmation when the package has left our warehouse. Expect your order to arrive within 14 days from the date of purchase.
For expedited shipping options (e.g. First-Class), a shipping update email with your tracking number will be sent within 1-2 business days of the date of purchase.
If you haven’t received a shipping update email 4 days after the date of purchase, please check your junk or spam folder. This email will be addressed to the same email you used to place your order.
Occasionally, our tracking emails land in spam and junk folders. If that’s the case for you, here is a helpful article to update your email setting so this won’t happen again.
