At TouchUpDirect we strive for excellence and we want all of our customers to have the same great experience when using our products. Unfortunately, as is with any manufactured item, there will be a certain number of defects that occur despite our best efforts.
Since defects are very rare, it's important for us to determine what the real problem is. In many cases it's as simple as improper use of the product, or simply having the wrong tool for the job. Nonetheless, we will do our best to correct whatever issue may come up.
If your touch up stopped working and you feel that you may have a defective product, please contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct the issue in a timely manner. There will be a short list of question our customer support team will ask - don't be offended, they're routine questions and we need to ask them.
When submitting a ticket please include as much information as you can surrounding the issue. Photos can be very helpful and if not included customer support may request them. A support ticket can be created by clicking the link on the top of the page.
