I've ordered the wrong product. Can I change it?

Occasionally a customer will inadvertently order the wrong color or product. It's ok, mistakes happen. The best way to resolve this issue is to contact customer support as soon as possible via email (help@touchupdirect.com). When emailing it's important to put the reason in the subject line e.g. "Help! I've ordered the wrong thing!" or "I need to change my order". If you have realized this mistake and you have already received the items, you will still need to contact customer support. In any case we will be able to help get you the correct items and usually at no additional cost to you.
