How do I track my order?

We send out an email to every customer with tracking information as soon as the order has been processed for shipment. Orders will be processed Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (except for major holidays). If you've placed your order on a Friday evening, you may not receive a tracking email until Monday. All emails are sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please be sure to check all email addresses associated with your online accounts, as well as your spam/junk folder just in case the email was filtered. 

Please note that international orders will typically have less frequent updates to tracking. It's common that orders shipping outside the US may only receive one or two updates (sometimes none at all) before delivery. Unfortunately this is not something we have direct control over. 

If you are unable to locate your tracking number and believe your order should have shipped, please contact customer support and we'll be happy to get you an update on tracking. 

Notice 4/1/18: We are experiencing some intermittent issues with tracking email notifications where some customers are not receiving the actual tracking number in the confirmation. We are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. You will receive an email stating your order has been shipped, but the tracking number will not be visible. Please send us a request by clicking the link at the top of the page and we'll be happy to get your tracking number to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.
