I didn't get the color I ordered! What should I do?

If you believe you have received the wrong color we can help! The first thing you want to do is test the color on the included test card - don't worry, if the color isn't correct we won't penalize you for testing the product. The reason for the test is that we want to be sure this isn't just a labeling or color name mix up. 

The most common reason for receiving the wrong color is accidentally ordering the wrong color - again, we can help. Once you have tested and confirmed that you in fact do have the wrong color, please reach out to our customer support team and we will work to get you what you need. In most cases we can simply ship a replacement product if needed.
